Our team combines the best of skill in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, CAD technicians and project management. This means that we can create luxurious Interiors that are completely bespoke and tailored to your needs. We take into account your family needs, your brief, your personal style and the location of your property.
We can deliver projects from simple one-room furnishings and finishes, through to large scale, luxury residential projects complete with Interior Architecture and Interior Design Services. Over the years, we have honed our skills to offer a seamless design journey, with the following phases:
Brief, Concepts & Costs
Phase 1 of our design process is to understand your brief thoroughly. It is integral to the success of any project that we design to our clients desires and aspirations as well as your practical needs, lifestyle and how you intend to use the property. From here we create some broad design concepts and agree the design direction with the client. And from these initial designs, we can cost the project and help our clients to make informed decisions about how best to spend your money throughout your entire project.
Design Development
Following our initial designs and budgeting phase, our skilled team then start to develop your deigns in detail. We take this time to look at options for finishes, fixtures, lighting and materials such as stone, wood finishes, fabrics and more. We present floor plans, furniture and lighting plans as well as sample boards so you can see samples of each finish and fabric presented. This is a very collabourative phase and we work closely with our clients during this stage, inviting your feedback, so that we are always aligned with your aspirations.
Details
Once all concepts and designs have been agreed, we delve into the detail to reach final sign off on all joinery detail, Interior Architecture, final furniture, finishes and lighting selections. We also look at any revisions to the budget and approve all items before completion, ordering and purchasing.
Completion
When all design work has been approved, we then collaborate with our partner building company on scope of works and schedules. We can offer full design and build services because we have trusted construction and joinery partners who we work with regularly.
We are onsite and available to project manage the design intent throughout the construction phase and afterwards during the snagging phase.
We then offer a 'white-glove' finishing service whereby we install all finishes, furniture and accessories and styling items so that we deliver your property as a fully realised design, ready for you to enjoy.
